Terms and Conditions
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned, by ordering you accept this condition. If the event has to be postponed then it will be moved to another date and your tickets will remain valid, alternatively you may change to another venue or come the following year with your tickets.
No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.
In the event of an event being postponed, MLE cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform MLE of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
Organisers and the venues reserve the right to refuse admission or remove persons from the event for any reason. Health and safety, environmental and security are all issues which are taken into account when making these decisions. No refunds are offered when persons are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances. Gates close at 9pm and we strongly recommend you arrive before 8pm to avoid being unable to enter.
In order to prevent fraud and to protect everyone involved in the transaction, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel it is fraudulent and in order to process checks.
When it is impractical to send tickets in the post, we will send digitally or arrange for collection to be possible at the event.
If you have received a digital ticket through text, email or other means, you must not copy, duplicate or disclose it under any circumstances. Doing so will potentially result in your ticket being invalid.
Event grounds can be rough by nature and we strongly recommend you take all care. You must bring your own torch or means of illumination when walking and take care of any surfaces that may become slippy or wet. The organisers would draw attention to any temporary structures or wet areas, including bridges, wooden walkways and pathways.
On sites where camping is allowed we recommend that you locate in the family area if you are not going to make much noise. If you are likely to be less than quiet then please locate in the seperate area to ensure you can enjoy your evening without disturbing others. No refunds are offered under any circumstances for camping tickets.
If you are coming in a taxi or coach, but inform the organisers. It is not normally possible to allow vehicles into the event arena / car parks during exiting. Taxi areas are in place at most events.
Video, photographs and audio recordings are allowed on site but under the condition that you allow the organisers to use said media for the event websites/promotion without prior notice.
If tickets are returned undelivered we reserve the right to cancel an order but will do everything possible to deliver them to you.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A fee of £10 will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to MLE Pyrotechnics Limited, 14-16 Bentley Way, Royal Oak Industrial Estate, Daventry, Northants, NN11 8QH or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Ordering tickets, entering the event, or taking part is all means of acceptance of these conditions. All calls are recorded.
